This Privacy Policy explains how Thaipropfund Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you visit thaipropfund.com or request information about our residential property participation programme. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of the Kingdom of Thailand.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data we collect
We collect data you provide directly through the consultation request form (full name and email address), data automatically generated by your visit (IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, time on page) and data resulting from your cookie preferences.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to respond to consultation requests (performance of a request you initiated), to send project information you have requested (your consent), to operate and secure the website (legitimate interest) and to comply with Thai tax, accounting and anti-money laundering laws (legal obligation).
4. Retention period
Consultation requests are retained for thirty-six months from the date of last contact. Website logs are retained for twelve months. Cookie preferences are stored for twelve months unless you revoke them earlier.
5. Sharing
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with authorised consultants of Thaipropfund Co., Ltd., approved service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) bound by confidentiality, and competent Thai authorities when required by law.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to the processing of your data. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior processing. Send any request to privacy@thaipropfund.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand (PDPC).
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access control, regular backups, vendor due diligence and staff confidentiality undertakings.
8. International transfers
Personal data is hosted in Singapore by an ISO 27001 certified provider. Transfers outside Thailand take place only under contractual safeguards consistent with section 28 of the PDPA.
9. Children
The programme is intended exclusively for adults aged 40 to 65. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Any data inadvertently collected from a minor will be deleted upon notification.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. Material changes will be announced on the homepage at least fourteen days before they take effect.
